The Path of Wisdom.
Welcome Dear Ones: Now that you have moved through the steps of forgiveness. You are ready to connect with spirit. The truth is, you are always connected to spirit. You sometimes lose sight of it, because every now and again, the outside dramas pull you in and spirit becomes only a spark. Then you may feel as if darkness has surrounded you. But yet you always see that light, you call spirit hovering there and you long to connect to it. Many of you don't remember how, because you allowed yourself to get caught up in the outside duality of life. When this happens, it is a time for you to retreat into yourself. Sit in the silence and stillness of God. Meditate and visualize what you want to happen. How you want to get to the star. Once you found that, bring yourself closer to the light. Fear it not, because it there to help you. The energy you see wants to merge with you as much as you want to merge with it. Because it is you. It is who you are. It is that Great being that resides within you. That Great Being has name all it's own and only you know that name. Once you hear it, as long as you stay open to it. You will know it is who you are. When you claim the name as your own. You will know and see how the energy resonates with you. You will feel changes within your body, mind, and spirit. Looking through the eyes of such a being. What do you see? Do the colors of earth seem richer more vibrant? Do you feel empowered, stronger? Do challenges seem easier to pass through? Does your life seem better then before? Do your eyes feel and appear more illuminating? Do you feel yourself glowing like the star? If so, you have successfully connected with your spirit. Now you're ready to move forward.
Dear Ones: I am Buddha: I am here to talk to you about power: I'm sure the power that will be discussed is your own Inner Power and reclaiming it. As many of you already know, you all have a strong Inner Power that keeps you going. This power is found in meditation and from within. It is what others see when they look at you or in your eyes. It draws people in like a magnet. It forever shines no matter how much you give away. Some people like to steal it from you because they can't find their own. So they drain the one closes to them. You may feel weak, it always replenishes itself when you sleep or meditate. The Inner Power gives you an advantage over challenges once you know how to use it. Power can bring you as high as you want to go. Just don't abuse your Inner Power because it will zap you right back. Don't use it for wrong reasons because it will hurt you. Your Inner Power is like a life line. You can be destructive or preductive, it's your choice. Inner Power is the vehicle behind you that moves you forward and builds you up. It's what makes one a leader. It's what gives you a strong will. Use it wisely don't abuse it. Reclaim it everyday as your own by saying. "I am a child of God and through God I work wonders." That will deffinately help you to build up your own Inner Power.
Blessings Dear Ones and welcome: Just a hint everyday you are always living a part of your truth, it is a matter of do
you truly recognize it to be so? There are many of you that seem to avoid your truth. However, each step you take
only brings you closer to your truth it's something One cannot escape because it will follow you through all your lifetimes
until one day you finally recognize it, so start now. Here is a question that comes up often when you're on the path.
What is your first step? Answer: Meditation; Meditate with the focus of what is your purpose and your first step. Then
wait on God's answer by listening for it. Now the Universal presence can be very subtle, even simple, maybe even show up
as painful, loving and many other posibilities. Your heart will know. Stay attuned with the energy around you. Be aware and
observant because your first step may even be in front of you and you can't see it because you are locked into everyday life.
Make sure that somewhere within you is a space opened so you can recieve the messages from God.
Dear Ones: The Source we speak of is the God within. It is The Source of nature and all around you draw from. It is a
power that goes beyond all things and to stay connected is to be here right now and channel the Source through you. When
you are disconnected from this, life becomes a challenge and for some it is hard to stay intact and many of you try to drift
thinking it is the best way to handle challenges. It is not always the right road to take because your challenges will
follow you to the ends of the earth. It is best to stand and face your challenges and go head to head with them. The moment
you do this your challenges disappears and you will move forward. However, you must stay present in the here and now because
by staying present you are well balanced to face and win and get through the hoop of fire. Not one challenge is hard to pass
when you stay present in the here and now.
How does one stay present in the here and now?
By meditating as much as
possible and focusing your power correctly.
Pay attension to what's infront of you and what's going on with your physical
body. If you notice any physical changes in yourself and emotions call to your Higher power to ground you in the now.
What kind of changes?
Emotional like fear or you start drifting just pull yourself back by breathing. If you start
doubting yourself release that doubt by saying. "I am a unique creation of God and I know what I am doing is right."
Build your confidence up by telling yourself over and over again. "I am a confident Being of light." It will truly
work and get the ball rolling.
Dear Ones: Believing is easy but many of you make it harder then it really is, by believing in something so strong you can create it for yourself. It is almost like starting over finding that spark and riding it to the hilt of life, but first you need to believe in the spark before you can create it and guess where that spark is? Where does that spark come from? It's an easy one. It comes from within you Dear Ones not from outside of you. This is the spark of belief, it can take you a long way down the road of life. Believing is a very strong part of your future, as well as your present. Believing gives you gusto to go for what you want by making it happen. Once you see your goal and you believe in it, you create it then you start rebuilding your life. Now the tricky part and most stumble over this is having faith, trusting that it will happen it has been a part of your lives forever. Faith is the golden key as well as trust. Now the reason I say many of you stumble over this block is because a challenge falls into your path catching you off guard and right a way many of you believe it wasn't meant to be, you can't get past this one. Then you know what you deem it true, you claim it and it happens so you give up. What happend to your possitive belief then? You let the negative win because you so believe it. Well guess what challenges do occur for a reason. Do you know what that reason is? To see if what you believe in is something you truly want or what you want to get. There will always be challenges all you to do is not let the challenge bully you or frighten you. Instead of walking away figure out a plan to get over the challenge, too many of you lose out because of fear and challenges. Why can't you be the one to say? "Not this time buddy we're going to do it and you will not stop me, you will work with me this time." It's that easy, step out of your comfort zone look at the beauty out there and all around you, gain control of your own destiny don't let yourself get in the way because that is why many you don't succeed because you get in your own way. Let your possitive belief drive you not your own fears, and you will see that even One will make a difference. How about being One of the many that will make a difference? You can do it. I believe in you.
Healing
Dear Ones: Each and everyone of you at some point wind up on a Healing Journey and healing is never finished. You will come across situations in life where healing is an important aspect of your life. You are always healing no matter what. It can be anything from a - z. Healing is a process you go through especially after something very tramatic or something small. God gave you the ability to heal yourselves as you evolve to a Higher vibration. The question is do you know how to unlock that within you, using it as a healing vibration without fearing it. Many of you have not yet learned how to heal yourself so you go to another for help and guidance. Next time you do that know and trust that God will teach you how.
Those of you who have discovered how to heal yourself become a teacher for another a guiding light in the darkness. Share your healing knowledge with others.
Here is an exercise you can try to help you through.
Exercise
Once you are ready go into a meditative state visualize a green light surrounding you it is the God light of healing. See the green light move throughout your body, reaching with healing hands. See the green permiate throughout your whole Being. See it reach into your soul as you feel relaxed. God's healing light is with you now, you are safe in God's hands you are well protected.
Now go into a deeper state of meditation allowing it to happen all around you, the healing process.
In healing keep your faith forever strong and live a better life.
Dear Ones: Each and everyone of you will come across challenges in your life, for if you had no challenges life would be boaring. So accept what challenges come across your path, overcome them instead of letting them defeat you. Challenges are like blocks in the road put there for a reason, to make you stronger, help you change and help others with the challenges you found, because you never know when you'll meet someone who has a similar challenge to yours. Because you looked it in the face and defeated it you can be of help to the next person who doesn't know how to move through it. Use your challenges like a mirror because the challenge you see before you is but only a reflection of you and you can fix it without worry because you already know how. So don't let challenges get you down it's no fun, just stand and face them send them away and have them transformed for the better, you'll see how much stronger you'll become.
Exercise
1) When faced with a challenge analize it see it has no power over you.
2) Go within for guidance always, don't do it alone, ask God for help if a challenge seems to be too tough for you.
3) Then trust and learn from it so you can help the next one who comes along.
Dear One: Your harvest is a way of life. You live by your harvest and it is your harvest that will guide your way. Now every harvest is different and your harvest can take on many phases in life. It is best to ride and accept the phases for they will only bring you a step closer to your destiny. They're many roads that lead to the same source. The harvest is merely the path of choosing you will take. The sown period is your time of incubation just before the transformation. Like the cacoon the catapilla builds, it is within that cacoon where the catapilla is given rest before the transformation period and soon arises the butterfly.
The harvest is the path you walk and the fruit is the outcome of all your hard work to reach the beginning of your destiny and beyond that is the flower which is the final step. Until then walk the path you have chosen and allow the Great Spirit within lead and have faith for only good can come of this even though you choose another path.
Exercises
1)Lay back close your eyes and look at your accomplishments, write them down in your journal. Put on some soft music and meditate on them be proud of what you have accomplished and thank God everyday for the ability to do so, everytime you make a new accomplishment give a moment to yourself to be proud of it.
2)Take a moment at home after or before work to make a list of goals that you are waiting too complete do this in your journal and check off each one as you complete it, don't force yourself to do them just let your spirit lead there is no time limit to when you shall complete them.
3)Write down any new goals that come along, if you choose to date them that is your choice you can also do that with any old goals that have not been made if you wish.
Dear One: We are never far from you. We are always with you, choose to surrender for you will have a better life I promise you that. The more you surrender and accept the more life's challenges will be nothing at all. You will have the power to stay stronger instead of running in fear from life in general. There will be those who are not ready to surrender and that's okay perhaps there is more you need to overcome before you can surrender for we will be there for you whenever you need us for it is what we do. There will also be those of you who surrender over and over again because you break free and soon lose site if you allow life to get you down, just remember to stay connected to the Source. Know you have the wisdom to survive and win because you do and God wants you to reach that point in life so you can teach others to do the same.
Dear One: In Soul Searching there are many tools that can be used to get you where you want to be in life, in your
heart you know plenty, you also know in what direction you want to go. I now share with you a small list of these special
tools and we will teach you how to use them in the near future.
1) Meditation: Is the big tool and the most popular.
2) Crystals: The second most popular because each and every one of you vibrate to a certain crystal, it is the energy
in the crystal which is compatible to your own energy.
3) Sweat Lodge: A sweat lodge can help you find your path because of the energy that stairs up inside of you is what
connects you to The Great Spirit.
4) Prayer: Another important tool because when you go into the silence and ask God for guidance, God will just be
paitent, keep your eyes open because all prayers are always answered on God's terms.
5) Mandala: It is a tool created from your own Being that takes you on a journey to find you.
6) Music/Sound: This is another great tool to help you on your Soul Search. It is proven Dear One that certain sounds
like chanting and music can affect a Spiritual Being in many ways, just find the music or sound that you vibrate on use
it along with meditation, your Being knows what works for you.
7) Vision Quest: Would be your next focus if all the others help but not enough some even Vision Quest early it's really
up to you.
Dear One these are only a few of the tools out there, they're plenty more.
Dear Ones: Visualize what you want, see it as a part of your life, become one with the vision. See yourself as prosperous and abundant person. See yourself in your dream or goal, don't be observer, become it. If it's a car see yourself driving it everyday. You deserve to have what you desire having. Material things aren't bad, God wants you to have money. God wants you to have what you want as long as you don't become a slave to it or hurt others in the process, because the moment you do that, you can lose everything you earned if you let them run your life or hurt people because of it. God wants us all to be happy, because happyness is the key to life, so allow yourself to have what you want don't give up your dreams and goals. Don't hurt others and don't become a slave to your dreams and goals. Share with others because the more you share, the more things will come to you. The things you want and deserve.
Messages come from your Higher Power Dear Ones take the time to focus on what you love most
and wherever you are look around at the beauty around you, talk with the nature divas watch the
animals as you are near nature. If you have a question ask it and look for the answer.
Example: There was a time Anstaria got lost at Superstition Mountain. She couldn't find
her way back to the car. She didn't panic she sat on a rock asked "How do I get back to
my car God, please help me?" She took a few moments to meditate some and began walking a
family of quails came into view looked at her then she asked: "Where do I go please show me
the way?" The family of quails lead her to the entrance where her car sat and disappeared
into the wilderness, she called out "Thank you for helping me, I appriciate it." Then
she thanked God as well and well the quail were already gone. You see nature is like a guiding
light that is why you should all celebrate nature's finest gifts. You'd be surprised how
nature walks with people they can trust. When you ask you recieve because God wants to help
you, just stop, look, and listen remaining open because we want you to be safe knowing God is
always with you.
As a Being of light you need to remember that you are a Spiritual Being having a human
experience. Now acceptance of yourself is important, as well as the vehicle you have chosen to
do your spiritual work in, {you need to wake up in the morning jump out of bed, look in the
mirror and say "I love myself. I am a wonderful person. God loves me for who I am. My body is
perfect. My body is great. I am radiant, I am healthy. I am beautiful. I am handsome. This is
the face of God. I will take good care of this body I have chosen. I will continue to grow and
get better. Within this body is the Temple of God."} Fill yourself with possitive affirmation.
You make a mistake accept it and move on do it better next time. Just remember your body is
the Temple of God and Christ all is one. Once you do that your life will get better and you
will get what you want it will come your way, all will grow just accept. Here's something I'll
share with you, say this affirmation in the morning and before you go to bed. Then open up your
heart and you will see action in your life, all will go your way.
"I accept myself, the
vehicle I have chosen to do my spiritual work in. I am a wonderful person of great spirit. I
accept all of me and who I am. I will take good care of this Temple for God lives within me."
Be aware that new things are coming your way. You are safe and free to explore these new possibilities. Behind every open door is a new endeaver that can lead you towards your destiny so experiment and trust and know that ituition will always lead you in the right direction.
Making and creating your life is being without worry that it is not going to go as planned. It always does but it is up to you to make that choice on how you are going to begin creating your life Dear Ones. Are you going to create it on a negative level or a positive one? Are you going to give up on your dreams because someone told you it is impossible to reach. That is not so my Dear One any dream is worth aiming for and believing in and once you agree that you derserve this special dream then it will manifest itself in it's own time. Which means you can start by doing the foot work and the research on how to get there. Don't hold back because someone told you too. You are the Creator, you are one with that aspect of the creator. The creator is you and you must believe that my Dear One. Once you realise how important you are you will find your fuel what you were meant to do and you will be given the opertunity to make it happen. God is always giving us opportunities everytime. The question is do you see it the light leading you to your destiny or have you chosen to shut it down because it frighten you at one time. What should have been done was facing it instead of running from it. When stand up and look at your destiny face to face there is no fear because is what takes away from magic the joy of one day reaching that goal which you want to bring into your reality. Nothing is impossible at least not in the eyes of God. Next time you feel thje fear creeping in face it and send it love and in return you too will receive the love that will open you up to more and more infinite possibilities and remember to look at it without fear because when there is no fear it is an easy dream to accomplish and what you believe is important because it is you that has the power to make and create your own life. No one else can do that unless you hand your life over to them and that is one thing that is not recommended, if you plan to turn over your life to anyone make sure it is God that you do it with. Because you are a special creation. You are a special person and you are extremely wonderful or if you prefer you are awsome Beings of Light.
Manifestation is a belief that can be created through visualization. It is one of your many Inner powers. It is created on a psychic level it is an ability we all have. You as a person need to get in touch with that. It is also about having faith in yourself and in God. By focusing on what you want you can get it, all you have to do is sit quietly and visualize what you truly want it is possible. You must be specific about it or you may get what you don't want. It has been discovered through Imagery we can create what we desire. We can also create what we don't want by focusing wrong and that can be problematic and that is something you want to keep away from. You would much rather bring the good things into your lives. Through Manifestation you would be surprised what can happen. To do this you can use a mirror or go within to your Creative Center and visualize instead. Here are some exercises you can do to strengthen your manifestation skills.
To actually physically create it you must go over steps 1-3 twice a day and keep it up and set an actual date to when you want it completed. Work your way up to it and trust in God and it will happen.
This is similar to the mirror method accept this you see as an actual movie in your mind's
eye.
Now to keep this energy flowing you must focus on it twice a day or just before you go to bed because it will move into the subconscious and you will see al the steps manifesting before you as long as you keep putting it out there and give it all time to manifest step by step and be open to it. This is what manifestation is all about and how it is done. It is done through faith and God.
An Inner Journey is a search for the spirit within. It is also another step to becoming your future self. The Inner Journey is different for everyone. We may all come back to the same source but it may be a different path. To maintain this in your future self you are asked to meditate as offten as possible to reach this point in life. It is also a way to see the next step on your path.
Imagine yourself in a sacred space, see this space as clear as you see yourself.
All around you are crystals. There are many crystal sculptures. There are crystal clusters of every walk of life. Lift your right hand and go over these crystals. Allow spirit to guide you to guide you to the right one. Now breathe and listen with an open heart and feel the energy that radiates from these crystals as it runs through you cleansing your body, mind, and spirit.

Allow the spirit to guide you to the right crystal feel the pull between your energy and the crystal's energy as they mingle for the search for the right person. Allow your own hand touch the crystal you are drawn too. In this special crystal you see visions of your Inner Journey in your life that lead you to becoming who you want to be which is your future self. See this clearly in the crystal you now hold and watch how it all unfolds and note that it sees you through completion to your future. Hold this crystal close to your heart and breathe in the love that comes from this crystal you feel as it becomes one with you.

Trust that this very same crystal will manifest itself into the physical realm so you can have your energy and the energy of the crystal with you. Trust it will soon appear and it will be yours to keep and use when you need to remember your Inner Journey.
You are like a seed now growing into your new surroundings and becoming a whole flower is what you are destined to do. By bringing in the new energy and making amends you will flourish like a tree bearing fruit and sharing that with others. A gift from God and a gift from nature. When you make amends a burdan is lifted away from your Being and you feel lighter and stronger then before after you have learned the lesson before you.
One other way to make amends with the proper people is by writing them a letter and sending it to them.
You could also visualize yourself giving the letter to them after you have physically written it to them and say what you feel in this letter and offer to heal them.
You could also write the letter and pray for a healing for the person or persons names in the letter and then burn the paper in a fire ceramony to name a few and there will be others along the way.
We all have lessons to learn. It is important that you recognize and know what the lessons are and learn them for they have been laid out for you. You need to put your full focus on the lessons so you can recognize and complete them before the new energies arrive but also realize there will be others as well. This is the time to become aware of them and work to your goal of completion.
To do this go within and find the deeper lessons and keep aware of them in your everyday life and ask for guidance as often as you need too because we are willing to help you through this, just know we are always there for you no matter what.
The energy that is coming is almost here and will begin it's transition in Mid September mid October of 2000 and it will end in September 2001 and many of you will finish the transition and others will wait for the next one. The energy will continue through your life so just accept it and roll with the wave and prove to yourself you can for within the New Year you will see the seeds you have planted will reach their full capacity. This will be the time to do much more with what gifts and talents you have and begin now to sew and water these seeds and allow God to help them grow.
Imagine yourself walking along a cobble stone path following a canyon made of red rock. As you are walking along you hear an echo of a waterfall coming from around the corner. As you reach that corner you hear the waterfall is even closer. You walk in that direction. As you come around the corner you are greeted by a fast running waterfall now cascading into the river of the canyon. You see fairies flying up and around the waterfall. The rays of the sun are reflecting off the river itself.
. . .(wait 10 seconds). . .
As you are looking around you, you see a bridge made of stone. Leading you to another part of the river and around the area. You see a small ravine and you hear another waterfall. You follow the sound of the waterfall down a path of cedar woodchips. This path takes you to the bridge made of stone. As you continue walking along this path your nostrils is filled with the scent of desert wild flowers. as you look on either side of you, you see a bed of desert wild flowers. They are all the colors of the rainbow. Upon every five or six flowers you see a turqoise butterfly mking it's rounds and in the ficinity you see three colorful hummingbirds busy collecting nectar. As you continue to look further you see a family of six quails running about the flower bed. You see two cottontails jumping and rolling around in the additional flower beds. Three lizards passing by in the sand, here all the animals are radiating their love towards you for the earth.
. . .(wait 10 seconds). . .
From the corners of your right eye you see an opal light radiating in the distance and you are led to that light by your own will and you hear an even bigger waterfall cascading into another ravine and when you look over you see a burst of sunlight coming from between two boulders. You see another path of violet light radiating now and touching and caressing your soul with love.
. . .(wait 10 seconds). . .
You then continue to follow the path passing some more sandstone and limestone boulders and you see a beam of opal light radiating between three more boulders. You walk over to the boulders and peer out from over the opening there and low and behold you see a cascading waterfall cascading in front of the bridge and you see a rainbow emerging from the waterfall into the ravine. As you are following the waterfall with your eyes it leads into a somewhat smaller waterfall also cascading into the ravine and you are now looking around this area and you see a cave overflowing with water and you see some more fairies dancing within the waterfalls. You look up and over your head you see a 184ft limestone bridge. It's width is 400 ft. Now breathe in this beauty now before you.
. . .(wait 10 seconds). . .
When you are looking around you see a swirling opal light all around you. This light is engulfing you with love as you relax in the moment you find a flat stone made like a throne which you now sit and relax on and the opal light just surrounds you. Making a connection now between heaven and earth as you are truly feeling the God presence all around you and you hear a voice say unto you. "Welcome my children to the center core of the universal vortex. Fell free to drink in this energy for there is plenty to share and remember you are loved. We love you Dear One, we love you, welcome."
You are the will of God. You are the vehicle which God has be working through. There are many that have lost sight of it because of fear, which is the wall within that brought you to that point. The wall which pushed and stired you away from your true path because you allowed it to happen. You never lose the path completely. Many of you turn away or are detored not facing it and many go through life not seeing what possibilities are out there, not knowing The Divine Plan placed before you. Next time when you see fear, turn and face it, then move into the light. Look for the silver lining in the darkness. You may be pleasantly surprised by what you find. Stop closing the doors that have been opened for you and walk through them without fear. Go with your gut and never doubt it, because you will always be safe in what choices you make. From now on promise yourself that the crossroads will not stop you again at the center. When you come to crossroads in your life, find the balance within. Meditate and ask for guidance from the Divine and allow the Divine Light to direct you to the right path by the Grace of all things.
Now repeat these affirmations over and over again in the mirror when you see the Crossroads.
Affirm: I am at a crossroads in my life mother/father God. I now leave the decision in your hands. Let me see The Holy Light that will guide me down the right path. Amen.
Now use the above prayer whenever you come to a crossroads in your life and wait for the answer from the light within and above.
The spirit of growth is like a butterfly. A butterfly is free to soar and be, you too can be this way by choice. Choose to grow and change just like the butterfly and donot allow the life of a catapilla to get the best of you. It is a more daring choice to be the butterfly that learns from all things. They show their true colors with pride and not fear, for a butterfly is free. They see all things and watch all things. A butterfly is drawn to beauty. The growth process can be easy if you choose it to be. Just give yourself permission to do so. Once you realise what you can do, follow that standard, that way of living. The more you allow yourself to grow the better, but first allow yourself the gift of growth as a part of you now and believe it is possible to grow.
In this day and age many of you wonder how is this possible with work and all? Well it is possible. You go to work as usual because we have to make a living somehow, until the ball rolls financially for us and it will, just you wait and see. For example in the morning when you wake up and take a shower or bath, visualize the white and green lights surrounding you, engulfing your energy in there's, allowing it to penetrate through out your Being. Now just relax in either the shower or tub. NEXT: imagine the troubled areas of the body also being touched by this green healing light, then allow it too penetrate the soul. NEXT: feed in and accept the energy. AT Work: During your lunch break visualize the healing energy within the cacoon itself. THEN AFTER WORK: before bed, once again sit comfortably and visualize that same cacooning healing energy. Now do these exercises through out the course of your days and the process will complete itself. ONCE: the Rebirth has occurred keep yourself open to new things and go with what feels right to you. After Rebirth you will look different and feel different energy wise. You will discover you feel differently about yourself and others will see this manifesting within you and feel it too.
Keep your focus, never let go, never let anyone steal that which you so desire, for you are the dreamer, the visionary, the creator, the builder,the winner, and the manifestor of all you do and you must always remember that. The Great One doesn't make junk, only precious jewls.
Be as peaceful as the Dove. Deliver the word that change is good and be prepared to accept it, for change will be becoming even more rapid now with the new Millenium near at hand. Spend some time in silence and meditation, and empower yourselves. So you as a Being of Great Light can grow with the times of change instead of falling off the cliff. Be on top of the new energies and connect for they will bring you faith and alignment with an even Higher Power. There will be a World Peace Meditation to ground you as well as uplift you all on November 30th, so connect with the energies that day wherever you are, it will go on throughout the day and night. So watch for it Dear Ones and always remember thank you.
A vision quest is like life you donot know what it is like until you have experienced it for yourself. Many vision quests are full of surprises. You discover things about yourself you didnot know before. You discover you are more important to the plan The Source has laid out for you. You discover things you never thought could work for you. Free style dancing is as being like the sea you move with the currents of spirit. It is like flowing through life without fear. It is letting yourself the Being within move you to the sounds of music and nature. It is an art to be seen as are the stances that work with the chi of life. You must allow your mind clarity before you start this type of dancing. You donot think you just do any outside thought may interfere with the flow of the natual dancing art of free style. You open yourself by allowing visions of movements come to you and you allow your body to become an instrument of power and peace, where the energy or chi is to flow through you. The music and the sounds of nature moves you at will and that is all it is. You start in circle position, hands free and flowing in the wind. Then you let the sounds of music and nature take over you and move you. This dance will empower The Mother herself, now go in peace and enjoy. In love and light I Am with you always.
Trust now in the energy around you. Believe that within you is this great healing ability, which is a part of you and you can use this to heal yourself and others for that energy has always been Sacred to us one and all and many of us don't realise what it is that we have and it becomes dorment, then it is reawakend once you feel that love within. We can acheive all hights for they are always in reach. They were never out of reach. You only pushed them away because of fear. You can always get back what you want and you can live it. Create it through your own Inner Chi, through everything offered to you from your own Higher Power. You already know what you can do, now bring it into your reality and be happy. Have all that you ever dreamed and you will see what you can do and what has been promised to you. Use the gifts well. Don't abuse them for that Creates unwanted Kharma. Work in the Light and receive the gifts of the Light. We are with you always and forever.
I Am Buddah The Path of Wisdom, which is achieved by Learning all you can from the other Paths before you and reflecting on them and passing the knowledge onto others and continuing the journey always opend minded to things even the part of you that is Wisdom will always be learning. This too is done through meditation and listening to what you hear and learning about what you see and sharing this with others. It is not about being smarter then the next person. It's about learning what you can from everywhere. This path is usually followed by all walks of life because you can never have too much Wisdom.
