Love and harmony Dear Ones: I see, you have moved forward in this lesson, to connect with that you are. That is an avatar of God. That you and God are one and some find it hard to believe. Because you see God as this great and all powerful being. A Being that is seperate from us. This is not true. You were never seperate. You are all aspects of God expressing. God is everywhere and exist within you. Your eyes are God's eyes. Your face God's face. If you want to see God, just look in the mirror. You are always connected to spirit. You may stray away on occasion, but you always wind up right back with spirit. Spirit would never let you disappear. Sometimes, spirit lets you wonder, to learn certain lessons that you need to learn. Lessons no other can teach you. Lessons you need to experience to know where you are at. The lessons will continue to repeat themselves if you don't learn them the first time. It is how spirit helps you to grow. Even when you feel you learned the lesson it may repeat itself for fun, just to check up on you. Then you pass it again and more spiritual growth appears. When you are connected to spirit, things may come easier to you. Life is easier to handle. Success comes quicker when you are fully connected. Your life changes as you move to the next level. You become more confident and you step outside of your comfort zone without hesitation. You start doing the things you are meant to do. Everything seems to come easier, even finances clean up for you. That's because now you are standing in your full empowerment. You see yourself as a Master and not anything less. This is all okay. However, the universe or spirit makes sure you don't abuse what you found. It makes sure you don't use your power for destruction or self-sabatoge. If you lean in that direction and start going down that path. Well spirit will knock you down. Then you must start over again and make different choices. Choices that lead you away from destruction and self-sabatoge. Because, when you connect to spirit its all for the good of the world. It is also all for the good of yourself. God wants you to have everything you ever wanted, as long as it is for your higher good.
Imagination is important in your life. Imagination opens a whole new world for you, especially if your artistic. Without Imagination life could be boaring. Imagination has always encouraged all of you. It has brought to you your special gifts so you can share your gift with others. Particularly children need to use their imagination because it expands their own horizon. Let your children use imagination because it will always keep them happy. Allow yourselves to have imagination too because it's healthy for the spirit, mind, and body. Imagination stimulates the brain to do many things and enjoy them. Imagination brings life to all whom use such a gift. Allow imagination to flow within yourself always.
Many Blessings Dear Ones: Many of you may know that we will soon be coming to a time of Completion. Now is the time to
become open to the newer energies making their way through to our planet and now the call has gone out to live your truth.
There are many of you that have questions and we are covering them now.
How do you get there? Answers: By following your
heart and intuition. By following the steps the Universal Presence has past onto you. Be it channelled or through your
dreams, your inner voice. By not resisting or going against the flow. Tumble with the change and times, accept. Allow God
to lead. By surrendering your old patterns you will be given a clean slate so you can start again with a more deeper insight
or wisdom because now you are allowing Spirit to lead.
Dear Ones: Ones creativity really blossoms when you are present because you see more of the beauty and what is around you by staying in the now. Many walk through life not knowing the beauty there is because they are so caught up in problems wondering where they're next pay will be coming from and because of this they miss the beauty eveywhere and their creative side of them fails. It is beauty that inspires you, it is chrisma that makes one known and popular. It is all about not letting the negativity rule you or let another put you down. It's better to let go of these things once you have learned the lesson it was to teach you. By living in the now and having faith always works creating openings even in the toughest situations there is. By being present you can come up with a creative way of freeing yourself from negativity. Creativity is a gift that should not be put aside. So step away from the negative and be open to the positive and let your creativity expand and always stay present when creating.
Dear Ones: Rebuilding your life is the next step after believing. Once you have your vision of how you want your life
to be you begin rebuilding from scratch. You find a way to make it happen and still belief remains to be an important part
of everything. Now that you know where you made your mistakes because you experienced them and if you have learned from the
lessons then you know not to do it again. You now are aware there is a better route so if it so happens the challenge comes
up again you know what steps to take which road to choose. When one rebuilds their life always challenges because if they
weren't any perhaps life would be boaring after a while but at least this time the challenge will be easier to get over.
Rebuilding is a delicate task so do it responsibly not recklacely because recklaceness will only bring consenquence. Where
as responsibly will only bring to you good things. When you rebuild your life you do it step by step and only you know
what steps you must take here are some ideas.
Ideas
1) Be smart look at the situation infront of you first.
2) Be creative look at the whole picture not part of it, part of it leaves no clarity all of it brings clarity.
3) Think it through once you get the full vision and awareness.
4) Discuss it with another if it involves one or more persons.
5) Then make a responsible decision.
6) Once you've done that come up with a plan to make it work, and also keep yourself open to different options.
7) Then put the plan into motion.
8) Work together with another if it's required.
9) Most importantly have faith, believe and hold the vision.
Those are the ideas suggested however you are the One that will make it work according to your plan. Use what you have been given here as a guideline to help you along in your newer life that you are now rebuilding.
Truth
Dear Ones: There is a truth that goes beyond words, it is your truth and God's truth. God graces you with Truth so you can learn and understand. The Truth I speak of is the Truth that goes beyond the cosmos. This Truth is an important aspect awareness that has now awakend within you. Do not fear it because it will get you no place fast? Have faith God is guiding you now. Your truth has always been with you, you chose to disire. Once you find your place one fire down and move ahead. Your most important Truth is your Inner Truth which goes really deep. You will discover you can do many things that you locked away out of fear. This Truth now comes back to you.
Exercises
By going within you will find God and ask God to guide you on your journey.
Keep a journal of your journey to find your Truth.
Allow Love instead of fear.
Meditate and always focus yourself on God.
Dear Ones: There is always a healing process, as an Adventurer of Light you are always healing because there are times you can get hurt if you so choose too. Healing would be a quite time for you. When it comes to healing you can be simple or creative with it. Through out your journey as an Adventurer of Light there will be challenges that you face that require healing afterwards, then you move forward along your path, by going within, visualizing you can heal what is neccesary and move on. There are many of you that come to this planet with chains of pain from pastlives that you might have thought you healed. When in truth what you did is stuff it deeper inside of you which can create either illness, pain, or stress which leads to those things, if you cannot do it on your own find another healer that can letting them help you as you would help another. Healing yourself is truly a choice, choose to do it, allowing yourself to release and let go. Imagine what kind of life you can have after releasing letting go and letting God do the rest. So let healing happen don't push it away.
Exercises
1) Visualize the life you want to live, stay true to that vision.
2) Imagine yourself healing becoming stronger once a day or as often as you feel you might need it.
3) See a green light around you and allow that light to flow through you streming from you like a fountain cleansing every single part of you that needs healing, feel refreshed ready to take on another day.
These are a few of the techniques you can use to help you heal.
Dear One: Be creative in your choices as well as your harvest always use your best judgement but do not judge others. When planting your seeds and intensions be sure you are direct and detailed about what you ask for when sowing the seeds of your future. Always be honest with yourself before you proceed further and remember that your own inner voice has the right answer, also remember to keep yourself focused on the goal and keep it in sight and go for it when Spirit says go.
Exercises
1) Make a list of Goals you want to reach in the future.
2) Look them over and pick one at a time then decide how to reach it.
3) Then meditate on it and visualize it working for you.
4) Take the steps you need to get there.
Dear One: A strong part of surrender is acceptance of what is, resistance can cause down falls and I am to keep you from that. I can't force you to change but I can assist you. Acceptance of what is can be hard for some of you. By accepting what is makes surrender a powerful tool in which it can help you grow become stronger, because the stronger you are the easier life gets. Acceptance is a powerful fact of life. The more acceptance you experience can kick start you into a much better life, just remind yourself over and over again that God is helping you even more to overcome whatever it is that binds you to the earth. You are meant to be free without fear now it is your job to believe and accept this.
Dear One: Aside from the tools there is yet another way to search your soul and find you. Through your own creativity this is easy for many of you artistic types to do this through art creativity is a great outlit for soul searching because people can get to know you through your writing, your poetry, your singing, any kind have expression that is musical. Look within yourself and find that artistic button you can push and release all that you are through the beauty of art including the fine arts of dance, voice, piano, and so much more, many of you have locked your talents away because you were told keep dreaming or that's impossible you're not like those famous people that made so much from what their talents are. I ask you Dear One forget all the negativity shut down reopen your stream of creativity, close those eyes and open your heart allow the music and creativity out start off fresh again, keep going you are awsome, so be awsome become that which you are once you have found it.
Dear Ones: Step five for the most part is tricky or hard, because it's all about change, changing your attitude towards what you want. By not changing your attitude, you stay where you are and you won't have what you want, because you think you're not worth it. You need to remember you are worth it, because we all deserve the opportunity to have what we want. What I mean by change is your thought process about yourself. You need to visualize yourself having what you are dreaming about or setting your goal, it's important to have a plan. Just remember you're evolving everyday or you can choose to be someone who's afraid, don't choose to be afraid, choose to be brave and strong you'll have more feedback. When you change great awsome things begin to happen for you.
There are messages everywhere you look once you open your heart to them. You can find messages in art, paintings, songs it's a matter of knowing and being aware that the messages are waiting for you. Just by listening to a simple poem there is message in there for someone to hear. You may have a question on your mind and you ask yourself the question and someone reads a poem the answer is before you right there in the poem you only need to feel it hear it just by listening with an open heart. As you are walking through the Gallery you have a question on your mind and a certain painting shimmers before you, does it some way relate to your question when you look at the painting? What about a song from the radio? How many of you have a question on your mind, you turn on the radio and the answer to your question are in the words of the song. Simple things like that are what hidden messages are. It's about being open minded to accept the answer. So don't give up keep pressing along. The message or answer you're looking for is out there just waiting for you.
The gifts Mother/Father God give you can be given as easily as taken away from you if you do not accept them. Sometimes one does not recognize a gift when God gives it to you then you may lose it but that does not stop God returning that same gift to you once again perhaps this time you will recognize it. It can be a gift of anything, money help from somebody you hardly know or a total stranger, to be aware of a gift when it comes is to meditate twice a day to open your spiritual channel and you will know a certain feeling or see a certain thing or hear a certain voice that will let you know. Even animals in the wild can be gifts in a way helping you out. Like a rattle snake letting you know not to go a certain way or a quail helping you find your way when you're lost. The animals in nature speak to us so listen to what they have too say. When you recognize a gift accept it, allow no second thoughts because God sends you gifts everyday, you only need to be open to them and you will know.
Trust that your creativity will bring to you good things once you decide to persue it and once again new doorways will reveal themselves to you. Be open to new adventures that will be coming your way. Keep your heart and your mind open. What dreams and desires you choose to follow will come to a head. This year will be a successful one as long as you choose it and have faith for it will lead you in the right direction and bring you closer to your goals. Let your artistic side out this year and see what fruit will ripen from it.
Dear Ones, I am here to talk to you about freedom. Freedom is something we all cheerish in our lives. You have the freedom to experience what you are meant to experience. Freedom is important to the Body, Mind, and Spirit without freedom many of you might felt lost without direction that is why God is with you always. God is the spirit of freedom and many more things and you as a child of light should not be afraid to be free and do what spirit directs you to do. There is always a reason for whatever it is that comes about. You can learn more when you flow freely with the spirit of God and the Christ Consciousness within. Many of you might of taken that step and found your life in a whirlwind but it was only for the beginning and then it settled back into itself and you felt free once again. Now God does not tell you how to run your life. God leaves that up to you and God has always done that and when things got tough God never abandon the children of the consciousness God always held you together when you called upon the power within yourself and you felt yourself change where things became easier to handle and once again you felt your freedom rein, you must always remember to hold onto that which God has given you and you allow yourself to open up to it and discover the choice you did make to be free was always the right choice and God honors you for that, for keeping your focus when things seemed tough and you stuck with it holding onto your own faith in the truth of spirit where as others might have tried to control your life and you caught that before all was lost. Now you feel strong within yourself and now you move ahead to love.
The year 2001 will also be the year for dreaming for it is a part of your path to destiny and success. One must never forget how to dream no matter what anyone else says, for dreaming is one of the keys to a successful life style for one self. You must learn to always keep the dream alive because it is important to you no matter what anyone says. Once you have a dream or vision it will be strong enough to bring you out of the sump. When one gets down on yourself remember your dream your soul purpose for being here on this planet. Be aware that God is guiding you along your path. Be aware that every step you take you are creating that which is your path to your own destiny the path God has laid out for you to walk upon by your own choices in life.
Remember a long time ago God gave you the seeds to plant your dreams. Now we ask you to take those seeds out of the closet and place them in the ground and begin to grow and nurtur them it is an easy process. Help them grow into a vastness of great beauty and success. You can all dream there is no reason to stop. We want you to dream and so does God. What is stopping you Dear One go out there and do it, the fruits of dreaming is a complete reward as is life in general. Once you have reached that and we know you can what more is there to believe but in God. God wants to be a part of your dreams. God wants to see all your dreams and desires come to be and so do we. So make your dreams come true and live a happier life. They are achievements that God wants you to have, just run with the dreams and start believing in them because that is where life truly begins with you. If you don't have a dreams go and find them they're waiting for you in an ivory box waiting to be opened find them and begin your journey.
You understand manifestation now let us dream build the manifestation. Now this can be done on all levels of your Being and many of you do this everyday. You dream build your life. You talk about things you want in life and what you desire. Well you can have them all. All you need to do is believe. Believe in yourself once again visualize through meditation. This is something that stays true to all levels of your own psyche. You can even build on a physical level by going out and looking at the kind of things you want. Do you want a big house? Then go to the Real Estate Agent and look at the big houses. If you want an expensive car go and test drive one so you can get the feel of energy from it. Do you want a nice big truck? Look at trucks and test drive them. It will make you feel good inside. The more you keep doing this the Universe will see it and it will actually happen by just believing and having faith in what you want and desire and what you dream about. So keep your eyes open for certain opportunities, keep your imagination strong and believe. Look for ways you can make more money if that is the case. Don't say that's out of reach because you may convince yourself of it. Always be possitive by saying someday that will be mine or act as if it already belongs to you. Just continue to hold that thought and soon it will be there as actual proof of your dreams coming true. You have the power to dream build, you just have to do it. Like for example if you are interested in a retreat of some kind or of a project design it. Make blue prints of your dreamhouse or retreat and keep them with you even near you because you're telling The Universe someday this will be mine. Look at your gifts and talents, see if they can help you out in some way because you never know. Many dream builders surround themselves with ideas or things that will lead them to their dream. When you have a visual it helps it helps one to inspire and make the dream happen. Just allow yourself to have fun and go out and dream build your life starting now.
As you know your inner fears can be an obsticle if you allow it to be. Many people discover their fears and allow them to rule their lives by running away but that doesn't always work because it will come back around in the same life you are living or the next one if you never pass this fear. Some of the fears are simple ones but it always comes down to a choice. Many of these fears are installed when we are children because maybe the parents thought they were doing the right thing by sheltering us. Many of these fears come from pastlife experiences. Now for the next week we'll work on this for it is also a part of what made you who you are now. So some of us should be thankful for some of these fears which might sound strong but it has probably helped you out many times in the past. Now we need to learn when they are useful and when they are not useful. Now find a partner and we will do a meditation together so we can find out where some of our fears come from. Once you know that it will be easier to work with it. Once it has been found you and your partner will discuss a way to help each other work on their own fears and for the rest of the week we want you to focus on a way to make friends with these fears and compromise with them and when we come back next week we will heal them. Ove r the week write down in your journal what you feel brought this to you and where it came from and we will go back next week and see what we could have done if it hadn't been carried over and next week we will do a meditation to help you heal it for it is an important part in maintaining your future self because old thigs will come up time to time and we will help you tame it and accept it for what it is. Let us write down these questions we can ask our fears. Choose four to work with now and later choose the other questions you want to ask.
Imagine yourselves in a cave, you have with you a lit torch. You walk down this path and on either side of you there are unlit torches. Take your torch and light each torch as you pass by. Notice in some of the cracks in this cave of limestone are crystals. They shine as you pass them by sending you energy.

Then you come to a door and from under the door come streaks of light as they cast a shadow of yourself beneith your feet. You open the door and see sunlight coming through the windows and on the floor you see some cushions. You sit on a cushion and relax now holding this state you prepare yourself for harmless visitors.

Now ask yourself what do I fear and please show me this vision and remember this is nutral ground and nothing can harm you this is only a conferance center so you can get in touch with what you need to know. Be paitent and wait for the arrival.

Once it is there ask question. Why do you follow? What can we do to compromise? How can we move past this and be friends? These are only a few questions you can ask. Once the conversation is over join hands with your partner and feel yourselves returning to the very location where it all began and write down what you experienced in your journal and what was discussed.
To move ahead with new energies now coming into your world it is best to begin visualizing your future self and becoming that of who you are. By becoming your future self your challenges will be little or none at all. By stepping into your true self you are increasing all of your abilities and lowering what challenges there might be perhaps none at all. Your future self is stronger and wisdomatic. Here's something that will help you connect to your future self.
Now close your eyes and follow these steps to meet and create your future self.
I am now becoming my future self. During this meditation hold that thought.
Imagine yourself walking up a path made of purple amethyst. You are in the middle of no where. It is dark out and the only light guiding you is the brightness of the amethyst path now before you. The light is warm and gentle light that touches the balls of your feet. You will stay right on this path. As you walk a little further you hear a waterfall dripping. As you look in the direction this waterfall you see sunlight coming through an opening in a cave. Now you take three deep breaths. With every breath you are getting closer to your destination.
. . .(wait 30 seconds). . .
Once you are out of the cave you are greeted by a beautiful desert meadow and the wind is gently blowing through your hair. The sunlight kisses your face. Now take three deep breaths. When you look back into the cave you see all your old troubles drifting away into the night behind you and you say to yourself. "Good bye old ways of living, I thank you for the lessons you taught me and the Being I have become. I thank you and send my love your way." Now watch as all your old stuff become flowers in the meadow.

Now turn away from your past and look ahead for before you now is a path of deep purple light as you are following this path you notice in every acacia tree a set of doves just nestled there. You notice more rows of meadow flowers that are vibrant in color. You see gentle animals of every walk of life around you now. As you look further down the path you see a footbridge and on the other side of the footbridge a well made of stone and a person glowing brightly as your favorite color giving light.

As you look the person is directing you to them and you follow their lead. You cross the bridge and go to the well and you see the person is gone. Now you look at your reflection in the well and see your future self. You turn to face them and what do you see.
What do you look like? (10 seconds)
What assets do you have? (10 seconds)
What is your personality? (10 seconds)
How are you with others? (10 seconds)
These are only a few questions asked.

Now you turn to this person as they materialize before you and they say unto you with gentle words. "God loves you and wants you to become your true self. This well is like the water of life. It continues to flow on and on, with every drink you are a step closer to becoming your future self."
I know there are many other questions in your mind and you know how to ask yourself these questions and you know what to ask because it is already within you the questions you ask and know to find your future self. It's time to take out the key from your secret hiding spot and open the door and step into that of your future self and become it.
The Universal Vortex is a part of the center of the earth. It is a place that truly exists within your heart. It can be anywhere you bring it too. There is a true center of the Universe and it can be found on the physical bases and it can be created within yourself. When you take the God energy with you and strongly believe in the God Presence you can make your own home the center of the Universe because it is from within it does come. It is also a physical place, we have been through there across The Astral Plane and on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. You will know it when you find it because it has always been with us. It is another gift God gave us. It is found by the sixth sense which we all have within ourselves and it is what God gave to you. So you are to remember this for as long as you live, it will never be forgotten. God Bless you one and all.
My Dear Child, have you heard the term Creative Power before? That is known as your own Inner God Power which is with you always as are we. By finding that Creative Power within you. You will find the God Spirit there and everywhere you could think of, because the God Consciousness is world wide and Universal Spread everywhere. Even out there in space because the consciousness is so big it is everywhere and not many understand that. When you are lost any place even in the desert, the God Consciousness is there. Just let go of the term "I have no one to help me." Because you do, the God Consciousness is the Creative Power within you that calm and rid you of your fears. Only if you trust in it, it will serve you. God never abandons you, not even in the most fearful situations. You alone can evolk the God Power within and by allowing it to handle your fears. You will soon see a difference within yourself and all that is related to fear will soon be gone and your intuition will be the voice of reason. The knowing the awareness of yourself and what's around you? It will be the leader as will the God Consciousness within us one and all.
Affirm: I now release fear and allow my intuition and Creative Power to guide me to the relm of Truth and completion.
Affirm: I am of the God Consciousness, it is now where I exist and live.
Affirm: My life is now clear of hurdles.
Affirm: I now leap into the faith of truth, peace, and love.

Allow yourself to speak with one full voice, express what you feel and need for there is allot around to grasp. In every flower and every tree there is a sign of growth. By looking into the heart of a beautiful flower there will always be growth. Allow yourself to be a cultured person. Express it through music, art, writing, poetry and more the list goes on. Open your heart, your soul, your ears, your eyes and more. Listen, feel, smell, touch, and see the energy that radiates from all living things. Come to a unity within yourself. Learn from what teachers that may cross your path and grow from the knowledge they give. Use your creativity to help you grow and share with others on the same path to discovery of the inner self. Be frequent and to stick to your plan of growth.
Resurrection and Rebirth are feelings, changes in consciousness. There is much expression there which comes out in many ways. Many of you are asking. How does my body know when it is ready for rebirth or resurrection? Well it is a knowledge within yourself. Some people have a vision of it when their either sleeping or meditating. Others express it through paintings or poetry, or writing what their talent may be. Some even experience both. When the Rebirth process in you begins, you might find yourself becoming ill on occasion or just plain tiered or maybe even slugish. It doesn't mean death, it merely means a transformation is occuring within your own Being, so please do all the exercises that were suggested through out this session and follow them, allowing them to penetrate your Being. Find the time to either go out and talk to Mother/Father God or stay at home and do it. Going out into nature is always good for the Spirit. Most of all be good to yourself, get plenty of rest so you can adjust to this new rebirth in spirit.
You are the artist as well as the Creator, and enjoyer of the dream and vision that you created. To move ahead one needs the dream and the vision. You need a reason to live and many can live forever. You must also keep it going and never give up at the sight of the first problem. Once you do that, what more is there to live for, so never give up. Just keep pushing and believing that God will help you through this and you will be going places in life, because we know you create your own reality, so you as a Being of light can make a vision manifest. It is a part of your Creative Power and you need to realize this. Once you do that, hang tight and go with the flow of the waves, for God has already laid out your path. Do you choose to follow it? Only you can answer that question, not us.
Remember change is always good. Find the time to work with yourself. Practice when you can open yourself up to newer possibilities. Watch your talents grow and bloom before your eyes. Never hold back, express your feelings. Release what you can and by doing this like art you can release newer ideas, sharing them with others, watching how they grow and sprout into beautiful flowers as they help another soul as well as your own. Remember change is always good. So be thankful for it and be thankful for the smaller things in life, that you already have sharing them with others. Be thankful for The Universe, for it has given to us many things. Dear Ones accept these gifts and be thankful the Universe provided them. Take the time now to look at your Inner Self and see what talents and hobbies the Universe has given too you and place your hands together and be thankful for The Divine Gifts given to you out of love. Remember you deserve to have them all.
Before a vision quest it is always good to meditate and purify before the long Inner/Physical journey before you. It's always good to express how you feel by saying it through your art, if you are an artist. Take an art walk somewhere, look in the Galleries around you. Let the work speak to you through the heart. Listen to the messages within someone's poetry or your own. Listen to the music around you, there's always a message somewhere, you only need to leave yourself open to them. Pay extra attension to what you may encounter on a vision quest. Take notes keeping an updated journal when you are on this journey. This way you can refer to what you have before you. It's allways best to record what you have experienced and perhaps write it as a book someday to help others on their vision quest, when their time comes. Life is like a vision quest and you will soon discover the Divine Plan that has been laid out for you. With the help of The All Powerful Source Within that is now surrounding your Being. Allow it to open new doors for you. New adventures, let it share the knowledge with you. Talk about it, express it to others what you felt and what you saw. Whom ever is willing to hear it will stay and those who are not will walk away and maybe out of your life, because they may not understand the Journey and when they do, they always return to further themselves when they're ready. So you just keep going and move ahead and I gurantee you will learn a great deal about yourself and others, as well as the Source that now surrounds you. In love and light I Am forever with you. The sun, earth, and moon people will be chosen by your spirit. Answer to your calling.
We start off in three circles. The sun circle which will be the outer circle. The earth circle which will be the center circle. The moon circle which will be the inner circle. At first the sun circle will go clockwise three times. The earth circle will then go counter clockwise three times. The moon circle will then go clockwise three times. As you are all moving you will allow the earth to choose the two people they feel a drawing too. As all three circles stop earth will walk over to the sun and choose a person from there. Then earth will walk around the inner circle with the sun one at a time and then choose a person in the moon circle. Now you will have groups of three. The three will walk around clockwise three times moving with the music and you find a location where all three feel most confortable. Then the three make your own little circle and circle clockwise three times. Then reach a state of stillness and breathe in the energy. Both sun and moon rotate around the earth moving freely after three rotations. The sun will go down seated in lotus position. The Moon will dance freely around the earth. Then after five minutes of dancing freely around the earth, the moon will go down then sit in lotus position. The sun then rises shining brightly spending five minutes dancing freely around the earth. Then the sun will go down and up will come the moon dancing freely around the earth for five minutes more. Then down will go the moon and up will come the sun dancing freely around the earth for five minutes more. Then down will go the moon and up will come the sun dancing freely for five minutes more. Then down will go the sun and up with the moon. Then after five minutes arise will the sun and both will rotate around the earth freely. Then the others stop rotating and the earth will dance freely between the sun and moon and after five minutes join hands taking the earth with you going from group to group connecting hands dancing into a spiral going clockwise spiraling in and spiraling out counter clockwise getting back into a regular circle relax and tone three times. Inner Healing and Fear
Everything Michael said today is right. If we never heal, not many of us would get past things. Destiny can be frightening and there have been some that had to come back to try again. It's not impossible to reach your destiny. First just heal yourse using visualizations. In seeing your own Being healing from pain. Some choose to heal with an aqua light by surrounding themselves in it. Completing and allowing the light to move across the Being, it will heal all aspects as long as you feel, you deserve that within yourself and breathe in that light and and feel all burdans lift away and feeling lighter within thyself. This can be done through many things even paintings the pain on a canvas and breathing through it when you see, and feel it make the sound that is appropriate to free you from the pain and your next step the healing sound that will help you within. Then you will watch seeing so many things fade away that you don't need anymore. Let them go and don't hold back anymore. Just trust in yourself and heal your wounds from long ago. Allowing them to fade into a distant sunset, as you return you will be an even better person. With the love of all things I now share with you as you with me, for we are all One in the Light of Love.

For the Artist I would suggest a painting of your pain an astract piece of art. I would get in touch with that which is holding you back from your destiny. The best ways to that would be through meditation, spiritual dance, and even exercising would work. There are many forms because anything you really need to focus on is a meditation. It's important to let the feelings move through you. This can also be done with a paintbrush, a canvas, and paints. As you feel whatever you are feeling grow, allow that feeling or feelings grow within allow the spirit to step in letting your hand and brush move as moved by spirit across the canvas. Allow that same higher power choose the colors to work with by dipping the paintbrush in and let go. First you need to find your vocal point to begin by focusing on what colors you see or feel by placing the colors by you, open and ready to dip and go. Then allow the brush to move at it's own pace across the canvas and with every stroke feel what is causing your problems leave your body what ever is holding you back, now becoming an abstract painting. Take your time there is no rush and do this every chance you get until you feel free and clear of the old Inner Pains. Then once done over time, take the time to reflect on the painting or paintings you have done based on the situations in your life that might have hurt you in the past and imagine them being surrounded with healing light, removing all the stuff trapped within yourself that reflects these paintings and send the energy back into the light and visualize a transformation process of that which includes your past to a more possitive form of light, then say, "By the power of this painting and the power of God. I now release the pain into The Universe to be transformed and healed by love. The Love of God. " In love and light I Am with you always.
Once you find the Path you are meant to be on, joy and happiness fills the Heart and now once you feel the joy, you become that and let your life continue and hold the joy within. When you feel anger experience it then, return to your state of joy.
The Beauty within us all lightens the path of our choosing. So we follow the Way of The Light of Spirit. Many of us ask. Why do we choose these paths, these situations? Well the answer is because each one of us needed to experience certain things to become that of which we Truly Are and sometimes we need to step alone and Empower ourselves. Then the others in our group or Celestial Family will follow, because you are never alone.
I Am the Path of The Artist and many artist seek me out because of that. I work with the Muses of Music, Poetry, Painting, Dancing, Acting, and many other forms of art. If you feel I Am the Path for you just call my name and I will be there for you.
The Truth is the Artist is Within us all and Art is one way to express ourselves. Many will use art as a way to Release what we are feeling deeply within ourselves, because it is one of the most expressive and safest ways to do so, because it will not harm another soul or person. When you come to a situation of release it can be done through meditation and dance. As well as letting the brush go and paint on the canvass or writting a poam about what you are feeling or dancing out the emotions that begin to overwhelm you or writting and singing a song with what emotions you are feeling that are in front of you. You can also take another art form and express things to your advantage as long as you do not harm another. All of what I said does safice because it is all art.
When One chooses this Path or wishes to experience it find the Galleries and experience the work in them, go to the places that touch on all kinds of art and feel the energy behind the work that is done and remember meditation is an important part of this path so do it offten and you will see results right away depending on yourself and what you're willing to do to allow The Path of the Artist even deeper into your heart. The Path of the Artist can be easy or hard, but it is up to you which and one important note before I go, never force or change another's destiny, just stay with your own and allow the others to follow if they choose. Just remember to stay on the path you have chosen, teach it to the children, for it will lead you to your destiny and you will find that all things will clear away from your eyes once you put your faith into The Source around you. Your Heart and Soul are One with The Universe. You are a Being of Light. You have the Power to change your life around so you can be Happy. That Power comes from Within you, for it has always been there. Now tap into it and it will make you stronger.
The road of joy and peace will bring up much from ones past. All you need to do is look at it and forgive that, which has past and release and smile, always smile. A smile can change much in one person as well as others. This you will see alot of on this path. Most of all remember to stay anchored within yourself.
My, child, you are the light for others. You need to shine that light to them. Then they shall find you. Allow them that and again do not let yourself get caught up in everyday hassel. Just remember The Divine Being within you is strong. Just turn to that Divine Being and all will flow for you at will.
Let the Light of Love and Freedom move through you, clensing your soul making you whole. Just remember who you are all of you, that are with us within our hearts. Be One with us as we want to be One with you. Let us shape the world as we choose. So can you shape the world with Love.
Believe in thyself for it is the truth that will make you stronger and feel that deeper love within. Without fear look into the eyes of the all powerful Source around you, that Source is you StarChild, it is for you a gift of love.
Allow the energy to flow through you like a river, for it will make you strong and balanced within.
Be One with the Soul of God. Be One within yourself, for we are the Love of all things as are you. We are Love and will always be Love of The One forever more,
Today, become the observer and learn from what you see. Obsreve all behaviors before you. Get to really know who's around you. Listen for messages today because there may be a few waiting for you. Do not ignore the first person you see. Make eye contact if you feel drawn to them.
You have a strong heart. Be with it, love it, love everything about it. Love everything about yourself and allow the love to flow through you like a river into the soul of your Being. Then send that light out into The Universe and radiate love to all. Most of all, love yourself. It is important in a fast paced world as this.
The Dara Shava will be written, when it is meant to be. Right now the focus is on love and on your heart. Your Inner Strength of The Wholeness around you. Which we are to become an alternate life of love.
When the source reaches your Soul, you become whole and you will be happy in what you do. So hold on to that feeling so deep within and pull bsck when all seems tough. Remember, we are with you always and remind yourself of who you are. Fill yourself wih positive intent and do not listen to negativity. If you must, stay strong, be whole in thy Self.
Believe in yourself and all will work out for you and the others around you.
Be within the love of God, carry it in your heart. Walk with him, be strong.
Surrender and let go child, allow your heart to fill with love, the love of the Universe. The Love of God.
