Faithful reproduction of an existing motor car with a spyder body, manufactured by Alfa Romeo in
1931-1934.
This model is made up of a total 1,452 parts composed of:
- 270 high resistance plastic parts
- 809 brass pieces
- 255 stainless steel
- 118 parts of various materials such as steel,
iron, copper, rubber. Operational steering wheel and suspension.
Some important characteristics of this model:
- The crankshaft, complete with connecting rods, pistons and pins, are operable by
cranking the starting handle
- Operable steering wheel
- Pedal brakes operate on all four wheels, complete with brake shoes and drums
- Each wheel is assembled by hand spoke by spoke - over 100 parts in each wheel
