For those that want the bare-bone facts, this page is for you. I guess this is also the wish list page, since it is almost Christmas time.

Joseph - 5 years old

Birthday: August 9, 1998

Clothes size:  Boys 5-6

Favorite activities:  Playing and exploring outside, playing games (jigsaw puzzles, board games, computer and video games), drawing, reading, watching DVDs, helping mom. Also, finding and studying rocks, tree leaves, pine cones, etc.

Gift Ideas:  Thomas the Tank Engine, Lego's, remote control toys, jigsaw puzzles, books (see below), pretend play, and puzzle books: Dot-to-Dots, mazes, picture searches, etc.

Also you can be a part of our homeschooling with gift certificates from Sonlight, which is where we purchase our curriculum books and supplies. If you really want to get us books, give us a gift certificate from Sonlight instead and save on shipping them.

Matthew - 3 years old

Birthday: May 28, 2000

Clothes size:  Toddler 4T - Matthew does NOT need any more clothes.   Please don't send any!! I have so many clothes, that they are pouring out my dresser. Buy clothes for Joseph instead since he doesn't have enough. I will let you know if I run out of clothes, but that may not ever happen since I get all of Joseph's clothes. So buy clothes for Joseph knowing that I will wear them next year.

Favorite Activities:  Playing outside, looking for and playing with bugs or worms, play-dough, reading books, coloring, climbing, jumping, singing, listening to music, watching DVDs, pretend play, building and taking apart stuff (more of the taking apart right now).

Gift ideas:  Rescue Heroes figures and vehicles, books (see note above in Joseph's section), pretend play dress-up.

Adam - 2 years old

Birthday: October 14, 2001

Clothes size: Toddler 2T-3T - O.K, I don't need any more clothes either, really.

Favorite Activities:  Number one activity is hunting for bugs or anything else that moves. Following that is jumping and running around, dancing to music, climbing, anything his brothers are doing, playing outside, reading books.

Gift ideas:  By the time I get to the third kid I feel like there is an echo about. Adam enjoys everything his brothers enjoy, so ditto on the above.

Joe's Christmas list:

Joe would REALLY like to receive any of the following DVD sets.

Lord of the Rings-Fellowship of the Ring DVD; Extended Cut Wide screen 4-disc set.
Lord of the Rings-The Two Towers DVD; Extended Cut Wide screen 4-disc set.
Indiana Jones DVD disc set - has all three of the movies plus more (4-disc set?)

Tonya's Christmas list:

Since Tonya is homeschooling the boys, she would like to receive gift certificates that could be used towards their books and materials. You can get gift certificates from Sonlight.  Their program consists of loads of great books, and we are all excited about being able to increase the size of our library by leaps and bounds. Tonya is hoping to purchase the Kindergarten package and some preschool materials the first of the year and to really dive-in in January.

Gift Ideas for Family:

We received a DVD player a year ago, and are now looking to replace many of our well-used and almost-falling-apart VHS movies.  Here is a list of the ones we are still looking for in DVD.

Disney: Dumbo, Pete's Dragon, Sword and the Stone, Peter Pan, Snow White, Cinderella, The Brave Little Toaster, Fox and the Hound, Aristocrats, 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book, etc

Veggie Tales: The only one we DO HAVE is Jonah.
