Order Form

Order Information:
The portraits and drawings are made from your favorite photograph.
Photos need to be at least 4x5½. They need to be sharp and detailed if possible. You can either e-mail the photo with your order form or print out an order form and mail it with your photo. I will send the photo back to you along with the drawing.

Payment and Delivery
I will ask you for a deposit of 20% (paid by money orders or cachier checks only) and I will start the drawing upon receipt.
When the portrait is done, I will e-mail you a picture of it ( I can also mail it to you if you prefer). If you are not totally satisfied, I will be happy to make the necessary changes you feel are needed. When you are satisfied, mail a money order or cashier check for the remaining balance and I will send you the drawing.
